Shipping policy

We are currently focused only on sales in the UK, Canada and Australia.

Processing

Latest order time: 17:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam). We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday - Friday). We do not ship on weekends. 

Shipping
Our average delivery time is between 3 and 6 business days (Monday - Friday)

Cost
We cover the shipping costs ourselves. This means you, as the customer, don’t have to pay for shipping.

Track Your Order

We understand how important it is to stay updated on your order. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Stay informed and know exactly when your package will arrive!

Carriers
We primarily use DHL, Royal Mail, and Australia Post. One of these three carriers will deliver your order to your home.

Order Not Received?
Still haven’t received your package after the average delivery time? Contact us by emailing info@nuvarilo.com with your order number, and we’ll take care of it. There are two options if you haven’t received your order: we can send you a new one, completely free of charge, or we’ll refund your purchase amount back to your account.
